BANGKOK, November 27, 2019.- At the Cuban Embassy in Thailand, an emotional tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz took place three years after his physical disappearance on 25 November 2016.
As part of the gathering, historical and contemporary information was provided on the work of the Cuban Revolution, its principles, solidarity and internationalism. The validity of the revolutionary ideas of the Commander in Chief was highlighted.
His guiding light and example are latent in the current process of Constitutional reform in the Greater of the Antilles, in the extraordinary work of 50 000 Cuban internationalist medical doctors in 67 countries of the world and in the recent victory of our country on November 7th, 2019, at the 74th UNGA, in the denunciation of the illegal and genocidal economic, commercial and financial blockade of the US government against Cuba.
The assistants shared views in a pleasant exchange that allowed to expand knowledge about the thinking of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution and honor Fidel's legacy.
