Kampala. On the morning of April 25, the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Perez Xiqués held a new meeting with authorities from the Uganda Christian University (UCU) headed by Dr. Elizabeth Balyejusa Kizito, Director of Research, Parnetships and Innovation of that Ugandan institution.
At the headquarters of the Embassy of Cuba, the Cuban diplomat and the Ugandan authorities recognized the progress made in the implementation of academic exchanges with Cuban institutions, namely: the "Raúl Roa" Institute of International Relations, the Latin American School of Medicine and the Medical University of Granma.
Likewise, they considered the actions to be carried out between the UCU and the aforementioned Cuban counterparts during the year 2023.
