Ugandan Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation hosts Cuban Ambassador.

Kampala. On the morning of November 18, the Honorable Monica Musenero, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Uganda received Cuban Ambassador Tania Pérez Xiqués.

On the occasion of the official farewell program of the Cuban diplomat, the bilateral projects in progress and the actions to continue promoting the implementation of the bilateral Cooperation Agreement on Science, Technology and Innovation between the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba and the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of Uganda, signed in September 2023, were evaluated.

Cuba and Uganda celebrate this year 50 years of the establishment of their diplomatic relations.
