US blockade against Cuba condemned in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, October 9 - Malaysian MP and former Chief Minister of Selangor, Tan Sri Khalid was the first to express his vote against the blockade, in the framework of the activity carried out at the Cuban embassy to celebrate the day of the national culture.

Entrepreneurs, members of the diplomatic corps, Cuban residents, former Malaysian ambassadors to Cuba and members of the Cuban Friendship Association, also signed their signatures on the "UnBlockCuba" poster to demand the end of this unilateral and unjust policy that due to its extraterritorial effects has deprived the island of freely disseminating its cultural values.

The moment was picked up by the national press agency BERNAMA, which also conducted an interview with Cuban ambassador Ibete Fernández Hernández on the topic.
