TURKEY, September 23, 2018.- The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Ana Teresita González Fraga, made a brief transit through Turkey, during which she met with Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Yavuz Selim Kiran and noted the positive state of bilateral relations .
In the relaxed and cordial meeting, both representatives reviewed the development of these relationships and agreed to positively evaluate the level reached by the aforementioned links. They also expressed the will to continue deepening them based on the existing potential, particularly in the economic-commercial, health, tourism and transport and cooperation areas.
The Cuban Vice Chancellor updated on the Cuban reality and thanked the traditional Turkish position of rejection of the unjust blockade against Cuba.
The meeting was held during a brief transit to the rest of the countries of Europe and Central Asia, which are part of the tour that the Vice Minister make since last September 17. (Embacuba Turkey).
