Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece receives Archbishop Atenagoras and Cuban Ambassador

Athens, April 11. The Archbishop Atenagoras, Metropolitan in charge of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean and the Ambassador of Cuba in Greece Zelmys Maria Dominguez Cortina, were received by Markos Bolaris, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of religious, ecclesiastical, cultural and environmental issues, in the headquarters of his Ministry.
It was talked about the work of the Archbishop on the Caribbean island and the support of the Deputy Minister and other Greek authorities to his projects underway in Cuba.
The Ambassador explained the current situation of the Caribbean island, the activities that are being developed in Greece and the importance of developing exchanges fulfilling the agreement Inter ministries of Foreign affairs that exists between the two countries. She also thanked the Deputy Minister for his support and emphasized the interest between the Cuban and Greek authorities to develop bilateral relations and cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
