Namibia. - On the afternoon of today, September 16, 2022, Dr. Nangolo Mbumba, Vice President of Namibia received the Cuban Ambassador Sidenio Acosta Aday.
The meeting, held at the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of Namibia, took place in an atmosphere of friendship and camaraderie, in which the Antillean ambassador thanked the gesture of brotherhood and solidarity of the Namibian government and people, expressed through the donation of 25 thousand liters of edible oil destined for the consumption of the Cuban population.
For his part, the Namibian senior executive reiterated the condemnation of his government and people to the unjust and illegal economic, financial and commercial blockade that the US government maintains against Cuba, as well as Namibia's unrestricted support for the Cuban resolution against the blockade that is presented next November at the UN headquarters.
