Vice President of the Republic of Cuba begins official visit to Rwanda

Kigali. On November 20, Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdés Mesa began an official visit to Rwanda at the Kigali Genocide Memorial-Gisozi.

Accompanied by Foreign Minister Vicent Biruta, the Cuban leader paid tribute on behalf of the Cuban government and people.

Cuba and Rwanda established diplomatic relations in September 1979.
