Young zimbabweans benefit from scholarships in Cuba

Harare, April 10, 2025 – This morning, two young Zimbabweans who received scholarships to pursue university studies in Cuba in the fields of Medicine and Higher Education visited the Cuban Embassy in Zimbabwe.

In a meeting with Minister Counselor Luis Enrique González and Second Secretary Zailin Gaulhiac Moráguez, the students learned details about the scholarship awarding process and signed the Code of Ethics for Foreign Students in Cuba.

The young people will join the zimbabweans currently studying in Cuba, as part of the historic relations between the two countries and the Cuban Revolution's unwavering commitment to the training of professionals from brothers nations.
