It marks 26 years of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Dominica.

Roseau, Dominica, May 18, 2022. A meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Diaspora Relations of the Commonwealth of Dominica, the Honorable Dr. Kenneth Darroux, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Ulises Arranz Fernández, was held at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry of this brother country, to commemorate the 26th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Dominica and discuss issues of interest to both nations.

Today, the government of the United States announced several measures, which are positive but of a very limited scope, regarding Cuba associated to the granting of visas, regular migration, flights to Cuban provinces, remittances and adjustments to the regulations governing transactions with the non-state sector.

Embassy of Cuba in Dominica opens Condolence´s Book on the occasion of the physical disappearance of Ricardo Alarcón de Quesada.

Roseau. Dominica, May 9, 2022. During today, between 10 am and 7 pm, the Condolence´s Book for the death of comrade Ricardo Alarcón de Quesada, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and former President of the National Assembly of People's Power, was kept open at the headquarters of the Embassy of Cuba in Dominica. The Condolence´s Book will remain open tomorrow, May 10, at the same time.
