Letter of Intent signed with Cuba for technical cooperation on Agriculture and Fisheries
In August of 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Dominica entered a memorandum understanding to establish a general framework of operation with Cuba based on the principles of mutuality, friendship, collaboration, and shared interest in the development of our respective island states.
Minister for Agriculture Hon. Roland Royer stated the latest signing between the two countries will represent the framework for 10 collaborative actions to create a mechanism to facilitate implementation.
