The Embassy of Cuba in Dominica, the health collaborators who are in this country and the members of solidarity with Cuba, have developed throughout the day, a day of commemoration on social networks for the 96th anniversary of the birth of the leader of the Cuban Revolution.
Dominica, Roseau. August 13, 2022. A letter signed by the President of the House of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Honorable Josepht Isaac, on behalf of the parliamentarians and his own behalf, was sent to the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Ulises Arranz Fernandez.
Tuesday, August 9, 2022 — The OECS Commission extends sincere condolences to the Government and People of the Republic of Cuba, in the wake of the unfortunate incident involving an enormous fire at an oil storage facility in the province of Matanzas, on Friday, August 5, 2022.
The Commission refers in particular to the casualties and loss of life, and the severe damage caused by the fire, and sympathizes with those who have suffered loss, injury or are traumatized by this tragic event.
August 8th, 2022.- The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) stands with government and people of Cuba in the aftermath of the disastrous fire at the Port of Matanzas.
We extend our condolences on the loss of life and wish a speedy recovery to the scores of people who were injured in this tragic accident brought on by an act of nature.
