Cuba and Cyprus sign Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of Public Health and Medical Sciences.

Nicosia, February 9, 2023. - The Ambassador of Cuba, Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero, representing the Minister of Health of the Caribbean island, and the Minister of Health of Cyprus, Mr. Michalis Hadjipantela, signed on the morning of February 9, 2023, at the Ministry of Health, a Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Cuba and the Republic of Cyprus for Cooperation in the field of Public Health and Medical Sciences, inspired by the desi re to promote their bilateral relations in this field and with a view to strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding.

Cuban Ambassador receives courtesy visit of the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in Cyprus

Nicosia, 8 February 2023. - On the morning of February 8, Ambassador Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero received at the diplomatic headquarters the courtesy visit of H.E. Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in Cyprus, Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Nahdi.

During the fraternal meeting the two diplomats exchanged on possible future cooperation as well as issues on the international agenda.
