Cubans honor foreign service martyrs
The commemoration of the Day of the Cuban Foreign Service Martyrs salutes on Friday the several attacks to the diplomatic staff and facilities, promoted by the US hostile policy.
On September 11, 1980, diplomat Felix Garcia, accredited to the United Nations, was shot dead by a confessed Cuban terrorist in New York City.
Four decades later, the date recalls a long list of actions against the Cuban diplomatic officials.
