The call for entries for the 46th edition of the Havana International Festival of New Latin American Cinema is open starting May 5th. Considered one of the most important events for the visibility of Latin American and Caribbean cinema, it will be held in Havana from December 4th to 14th, 2025.
The call includes an extensive range of courses in various areas of knowledge, ranging in length from one to three weeks. This will be a unique opportunity for all those who wish to become familiar with the Bicentennial University and complement their academic and professional training. Our Spanish courses will also be available for students and young people who wish to participate in a language immersion program.
On the occasion of the upcoming International Workers' Day – May 1st, the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia sends its warmest revolutionary greetings to the Communist Party of Cuba, the heroic Cuban working class, and the entire Cuban people.
We express our deepest solidarity with your just struggle against imperialism and unjust sanctions. We sincerely hope that this year will be a year of victory for the Cuban people, that the criminal blockade imposed by the United States will finally be lifted, and that justice will prevail for Cuba.
