Update of the DVIAJEROS Platform for visitors to Cuba

The update of the DVIAJEROS Platform for advance information for visitors to the island seeks to provide greater facilities in customs procedures for entry into Cuban territory.

The Cuban Embassy in the United Kingdom informs that as of October 1st, those interested in entering Cuban territory will be able to register on the D'VIAJEROS platform up to 7 days in advance, which will allow them to organize their information and the preparation of travel documents.

The update responds to requests from users interested in entering our country, adjusting to the offers and stays provided by various hotel and travel entities operating in Cuba.

British trade union support for Cuban health care

The UK Labour Party's annual conference, held this week in the city of Liverpool, was the first since the party's victory on 4 July after 14 years of Conservative Party (Tory) governments.

The event brought together representatives of Britain's main trade unions, including UNISON and UNITE, which have historically backed Labour. It was also attended by members and leaders of other national unions.
