Meeting with Representative of the Committee for Foreign Relations of the Egyptian Parliament

Counselor Dennis Casares Benítez held a meeting at the premises of the Embassy of Cuba in Egypt with Tarek El KHOULY, an Egyptian representative member of the Committee for Foreign Relations of the Parliament.

The fraternal meeting explored alternatives to strengthen relations between the parliaments of both countries and to cooperate in different areas of common interest.

The Egyptian representative congratulated the Cuban people for the recent approval of its Constitution and expressed his admiration for Fidel Castro and the Cuban Revolution.

Meeting with the Secretary General of the Guardians of the Revolution Party

The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt, Tania Aguiar Fernández, held a meeting at the headquarters of the Guardians of the Revolution Party with its Secretary General, Magdi El Sherif.

The meeting took place in a fraternal and friendly atmosphere and contributed to explore areas of common interest for the cooperation between this Party and the Embassy of Cuba in Egypt.

Meeting with the Regional Delegation of the Al Fatah Party

The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt, Tania Aguiar Fernández, headed a fraternal meeting at the Embassy of Cuba in Egypt with representatives of the regional delegation of the Palestinian Al Fatah party, led by its Secretary General, Dr. M. K. Ghareeb, where the events of the current world political situation were discussed and there was also an exchange on topics of common interest.

Support to the Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela in Cairo

The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt, Tania Aguiar Fernández, and officials of the Cuban Embassy participated in an event organized by the Embassy of Venezuela in Cairo to show support for the Bolivarian Revolution and the condemnation of the threats of a military intervention against this brother country.
