Cuba and Iran strengthen parliamentary ties.

Tehran, June 2, 2021. Distinguished deputy Mr. Abolfaz Amouei, spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran and Chairman of the Iran-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group received H.E. Mr. Alexis Bandrich Vega, Ambassador of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran with whom he exchanged in a fraternal atmosphere on the common interest of strengthening ties between legislative bodies, and bilateral relations between both countries.

Cuba condemns Israel’s criminal aggression against the Palestinian people

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba condemns in the strongest possible terms the attack on the Al-Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem and the indiscriminate bombings against the Palestinian people living in the Gaza Strip by Israel’s military forces, which have caused more than one hundred deadly casualties, the destruction of infrastructure and heavy economic damage.

Ambassadors of Cuba and Iraq in Tehran held a fraternal meeting.

Tehran, March 15, 2021. The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Tehran, H.E. Mr. Nasser Abdulmuhsin Abdullah received H.E. Mr. Alexis Bandrich Vega, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran and concurrent in the Republic of Iraq.

During the meeting, both diplomats reviewed the state of bilateral relations marked by the historical ties that continue to unite our peoples, as well as the development of the main regional political issues.

Cuba and Iran expand their bilateral relations

Tehran, March 14, 2021. The Ambassador of Cuba to the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Mr. Alexis Bandrich Vega, received at the headquarters of our embassy the distinguished Mr. Mohammad Nazari, Director of International Relations of the Council of Discernment of the Iranian System, an important advisory body of H.E. Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

The meeting, which took place in a fraternal and constructive atmosphere, reviewed the state of bilateral relations and the ways to develop them.
