Cuba attends the ceremony for the 207th anniversary of Venezuela's independence

Responding to the invitation of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Tehran, the Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada represented Cuba at the ceremony to mark the 207th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of this nation. The Cuban diplomat joined the other colleagues of missions who represent the Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our America-Treaty of Peoples' Trade (ALBA-TCP) in the Persian nation: Nicaragua, Bolivia and Ecuador.

Cuba and Iran ratify their willingness to continue consolidating collaboration in the multilateral sphere

Cuban Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada held his first meeting with the Director General for Political Affairs and International Security at the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Dr. Hossein Dehghani, who has just assumed this responsibility after serving as Alternate Ambassador of the Iranian mission to United Nations.

Cuban Ambassador attends exhibition of Iraqi students in Iran

At the invitation of the Embassy of Iraq and the Association of Iraqi Students at the University of Tehran, the Cuban Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada attended the photographic exhibition "A Vision of Iraq, 100 years of history, culture and struggle”, which was inaugurated at the Faculty of Fine Arts of this high studies center.

The Embassy of Cuba in Iran celebrated April the 4th with joy

Chanting the theme song of the campaign for the 55th anniversary of UJC "Gallo de Pelea", performed by the musical groups Moncada, Buena Fe and Casabe, the small staff of the Embassy of Cuba in Tehran began the activity to celebrate the 56th and 55th anniversaries of Jose Marti Pioneers Organization (OPJM) and Young Communist League (UJC), respectively.

Cuba is present at Tehran Nowruz Festival

The Cuban Embassy’s staff visited Tehran Milad Tower, where the Nowruz Festival is taking place. Nowruz is a typical holiday that marks the beginning of the New Year, according to the Persian calendar.

Along with the exhibition of artistic and cultural manifestations of different regions of the Persian nation, a pavilion was allocated for hosting Iranian Friendship Associations with other Countries. Each association offers there to the audience an allegorical image of the country which represent and samples of handicrafts and local products of those foreign cultures.
