Kuwait, November 28: The Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Cuba, Alain Pérez Torres, was received by H.E. Nawaf Abdullateef Sulaiman Al-Ahmed, Assistant Foreign Minister for America.

The voice of our homeland, Cuba, was heard loud and clear at the UN High-Level Conference entitled "Strengthening International Counter-Terrorism Cooperation and Building Agile Border Security Mechanism", recently held in Kuwait.
