Jakarta, December 10, 2025. The central act for Human Rights Day was held in Jakarta, marking a political and social milestone. The speech delivered by Indonesia’s Minister of Human Rights, Natalius Pigai, underscored the country’s commitment to transparency and the defense of fundamental rights, integrating technology and data into public management. The celebration reinforced the connection between human rights and development, in line with the UN’s global campaign under the theme “The Essentials of Everyday Life.”

JAKARTA, October 15, 2025. Dr. C. Diadelis Remirez of the Cuban Regulatory Agency (CECMED) participates as Cuba's Focal Point in the WHO Herbal Medicines Regulatory Cooperation Network. This annual meeting will be held in Jakarta from October 13 to 16, with the participation of more than 25 countries.

Dr. C. Diadelis Remirez presented an overview of the regulatory context of traditional and complementary medicine in Cuba, as well as the regulatory challenges facing this important discipline, with satisfactory results.

Cuba has been warning about the growing escalation by the United States government against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, which clearly seeks to overthrow the constitutional government of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and establish a servile government willing to surrender Venezuela’s oil, key natural resources, and national sovereignty to the United States.
