SPECIAL COMMUNIQUÉ OF #ALBA-TCP IN SUPPORT OF #VENEZUELA

The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples’ Trade Treaty (#ALBA-TCP) reject the latest sanctions announced by the European Union. These sanctions affect the diplomatic efforts that have been made recently to find the path of dialog and peace among Venezuelans.

ALBA-TCP urges the international community to refrain from exercising coercion in any form against the political independence and territorial integrity of Venezuela. These practices are incompatible with the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
