By BBN Staff: The Belize-Cuba Solidarity Movement, a community group dedicated to sharing information regarding the struggle of the Cuban people, is condemning the media coverage of United States-based media with regard to the ongoing crisis in the island nation.

The movement issued a statement of solidarity today, calling on the US to end the 57-year economic embargo on Cuba, which has caused increasing hardships for the country and its people.
