Azerbaijan Technology Park appreciates its presence in the International Fair of Havana (FIHAV 2018)

The Sumgait Technology Park (STP), Azerbaijan, plans to participate in the 36th edition of the International Fair of Havana (FIHAV 2018), with the aim of promoting products produced in its 12 factories.

STP is a unique plant complex in the Caucasus region that, in addition to meeting the requirements of the domestic market, wants to be known in other continents, explained Chingiz Aliyev, commercial director of the entity, to the Cuban ambassador, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo.

Cuba-TT trade continues to grow

Port of Spain, 28 Jun.- 2018. Minister of Trade and Industry Senator the Honourable Paula Gopee-Scoon recently met with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, His Excellency Rogelio Sierra Diaz to discuss among other things, opportunities for increased trade with Cuba.

Trinidad and Tobago is currently Cuba’s largest CARICOM trading partner, recording 80% of trade in the region.

Cuba delegation to attend Trade and Investment Convention 2018

Port of Spain, 29  Jun 2018. A Cuban trade delegation, headed by Rubén Ramos, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba, will attend the Trade and Investment Convention 2018 (TIC).

The delegation comprises representatives from 19 Cuban companies and about 30 officials, and covers sectors such as the food and beverage industry, biotechnology, chemical, sugar production, construction, public health, tourism, culture, science and technology, telecommunications, and household consumer goods.

President of Kenya welcomed Cuban doctors.

Nairobi, June 27.  Uhuru Kenyatta, president of Kenya, offered today a warm welcome to the members of the Cuban Medical Brigade, during the ceremony for the launching of the childhood vaccination campaign and to bid a farewell to the Cuban doctors, who left to fulfill their mission in all the Kenyan counties.
