Belize to send solidarity donation to Cuba
Havana, Sep 23 (Prensa Latina) Belize´s ambassador in Cuba Lou-Anne Burns said her country really felt the hard feeling of the Matanzas death-dealing fire.
Burns emphasized it´s important for her government and people to say “we are here” with Cuba, even if it is through a symbolic gesture.
The Belize diplomat highlighted the excellent diplomatic relations between both nations, and stressed they are the result of respect and sincere friendship.
Cuban ambassador signs the book of condolences for the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Belize City, September 16, 2022- The Ambassador of Cuba in Belize, María Caridad Balaguer Labrada, signed the book of condolences opened at the House of Culture of Belize on the occasion of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, expressing heartfelt condolences to the royal family, the British government and people.
Delegation of Belize Water Services makes a working visit to Cuba
Havana, September, 13 2022.- As part of its visit to Cuba, the delegation of Belize Water Services, headed by Mr. Cornelio Acosta, Chairman of the Board of BWS Ltd held a meeting with Alexander Argilagos, President of the OSDE, Integrated management of terrestrial waters (GIAT) from the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources of Cuba.
