The exaggerated and aggressive military presence of the United States in the region constitutes a threat against Latin America and the Caribbean as a whole.

With the encouragement of the Secretary of State, the main and immediate target is the violent overthrow of the government of Venezuela through the use of U.S. military force, an extremely dangerous and irresponsible action with unpredictable and incalculable consequences.

Given the manifest degree of threat, this constitutes a violation of International Law and the Charter of the United Nations.

Cuban foreign minister praises results of official visit to Vietnam

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla said here on Wednesday that he was pleased with the results of his official visit to Vietnam, where “the warm hospitality and the unwavering commitment to support Cuba exceeded all expectations.”

I am leaving with the satisfaction that the projects we are developing together are moving forward in an appropriate manner and will soon yield tangible results for the well-being of our people, the member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) told Prensa Latina.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, met with Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, on the sidelines of the 18th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku, AzVision reports quoting the press service of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the meeting, the parties pointed out that the cooperation between the two countries has a long history and expressed their satisfaction for their mutually beneficial development at the current stage.
