Head of Mission signs book of condolences on the death of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin.

Monrovia, December 5, 2022 - Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera signed the Book of Condolences, opened at the Chinese Embassy in Liberia, on the occasion of the death of former Secretary General of the Chinese Communist Party and former President of the People's Republic of China, Jiang Zemin.

In her message, the Cuban diplomat Martínez Herrera expressed her condolences to the Chinese people, party and government, as well as to the family and relatives of the former leader of that sister Asian nation.

Cuban Head of Mission participates in virtual reception on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

Monrovia, October 1, 2020.- Invited by His Excellency Mr. Ren Yisheng, Ambassador of China in Liberia, Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera, participated in a virtual reception offered by the Embassy of China in Liberia to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
