Cuba celebrates a day in Dublin for Cuban culture and pays tribute to the beloved Prima Ballerina Assoluta, Alicia Alonso.
Dublin, October 18, 2019. As part of the celebration of the ISLA Festival of the Cervantes Institute in Dublin, a presentation was made of the Cuban dancers and teachers Irma Castillo and Ulises Mora, which became a Cuban party.
The occasion was propitious to pay posthumous tribute to Prima Ballerina Assoluta Alicia Alonso, one of the most recognized dancers in the world, and responsible for training several generations of dancers during the Cuban Revolution.
