National Solidarity Meeting with Cuba has been organized in the Netherlands

The Hague, May 27th, 2023. At the premises of the Embassy of Cuba in the Netherlands, Dutch organizations and friends met to ratify their commitment and solidarity with Cuba.

The meeting had the participation of representatives of 6 Foundations and some friends, who carry out several solidarity actions with Cuba, denounce de unfair US blockade policy against Cuban people, support the Cuban Revolution, as well as promote the exchange and cooperation on social sectors like health and education.

World personalities demand end of the inhumane blockade and subversion against Cuba

Wednesday, 10 November 2021 . Dozens of personalities from around the world sent a letter today to the international community calling on the U.S. government to lift its economic, commercial and financial blockade of Cuba and stop the actions of internal destabilization in the Island.

Written at the initiative of Ignacio Ramonet, Atilio Borón, Fernando Buen Abad and Hernando Calvo Ospina, the letter denounces the effects of the US unilateral Cuba policy, opportunistically intensified in times of pandemic.
