Director of Europe of MFA receives the new Ambassador of Latvia in Havana

The Director of Europe and Canada of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, HE Mrs. Iliana Núñez Mordoche received the Ambassador of Latvia in Cuba, His Excellency. Mr. Kaspars Ozolins.
