The Minister of Defense of Mongolia receives the Cuban Ambassador.

Ulaanbaatar, January 4 2017. The Minister of Defense and Member of Parliament of Mongolia, Mr. Bat-Erdene Badmaanyambuu received today the Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Raúl Delgado Concepcion, in a friendly meeting where the Minister, who also serves as President of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship with Cuba, highlighted the good relations between the two countries and appreciated the cooperation offered by Cuba in the field of scholarships for higher education for young Mongols.

In Kuwait was celebrated the 58th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution

Kuwait, January 2, 2017. In an event held at the diplomatic mission of Cuba in Kuwait, the 58th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution was commemorated. The activity was dedicated to the legacy of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, historical leader of the Revolution, who died on November 25.

Iran-Cuba Friendship Association joined in homage to Fidel and the Revolution

The city of Karaj was the seat of a new tribute to Fidel and to the 58th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. This time, Iran-Cuba Friendship Association convened its affiliates there to receive members of the Cuban diplomatic mission, with the purpose of offering them their solidarity after the physical loss of the Commander-in-Chief and to commemorate a new anniversary of the 1959’s revolutionary triumph.

Iranian university students pay homage to Fidel

Students at Imam Sadegh University in Teheran paid tribute to the memory of the Cuban Revolution's historic leader, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz. The Cuban Ambassador Vladimir Gonzalez Quesada was between the speakers at the event. Heads of missions and diplomats from other ALBA-TCP member countries represented in the Persian nation, attended as guests.

"Nutcracker" performed by Cuban dancer in Ulaanbaatar

Ulan Bator, December 26, 2016. The principal dancer of the National Ballet of Cuba, Ginett Moncho, was the special guest of the interpretation of the well-known ballet "Nutcracker" on December 24 and 25 in the Academic Theater for the Opera and Ballet of Ulaanbaatar. Directed by the first dancer of Mongolia D. Altankhuyag the presentation was a success and in it participated children and young students of ballet of the national school of Ballet of Mongolia and of the Company of Ballet Altan.
