Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Cuba hold a bilateral meeting in Baku

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, met with Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, on the sidelines of the 18th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku, AzVision reports quoting the press service of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the meeting, the parties pointed out that the cooperation between the two countries has a long history and expressed their satisfaction for their mutually beneficial development at the current stage.

The governments of Azerbaijan and Cuba highlighted today here the important role played by the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in defense of international peace and security.

This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, and Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister, Abelardo Moreno, at a bilateral meeting held during the celebration in Baku of the 18th Conference of that multilateral group.
