The Connolly Youth Movement of Ireland extended an invitation to Ambassador Hugo René Ramos Milanés to hold a video conference on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the physical disappearance of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz and to remember his legacy for the Cuban people and for humanity.

Until the previous legislature, Deputy Pringle served as coordinator of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship with Cuba, a position from which he has been a dynamic promoter of the expansion of ties between the two countries.
