Monrovia, July 30, 2018-, Liberian Senator Conmany B. Wesseh, figure of great prestige in Liberian national politics, made a special intervention in the framework of the activity organized by the Embassy of Cuba in Liberia to commemorate the Day of the National Rebellion last Friday, July 27. Among the guests at the celebration were young people from various social organizations, journalists and graduates in Cuba.

Monrovia, July 16, 2018-, In the framework of a cordial meeting held between the Liberian Vice Chancellor, Mr. Elias Shoniyin and the Charge d'Affaires of Cuba, Yordenis Despaigne Vera, the latter delivered a congratulatory message from the authorities Cuba to its Liberian counterparts for the upcoming, on July 26, of the 171 anniversary of the proclamation of the independence of Liberia.

Monrovia, June 11th, 2018-, In the morning hours of Monday, the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia, Mrs. Jewel Cianeh Howard-Taylor received at his office located in the Capitol of Liberia, headquarter of the Parliament of that nation, the Charge d'Affaires of the Cuban Embassy, Yordenis Despaigne Vera. The vice-governor was accompanied by T. Titus Charley, advisor of the vicepresident, George Tenessee Nimely, chief of staff and members of the press team. On the Cuban side, the Second Secretary, Carmen Maury Toledo, also participated.
