Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia meets with the leaders of the United Mongolian Association of Diabetic Patients
The Cuban ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met with Mr. Jargalsaikhan Gungaa, President of the United Mongolian Association of Diabetic Patients. Mr. Munkhsukh Jargalsaikhan, Manager of that organization, also participated.
They discussed the Cuban drug HEBERPROT-P, the only one of its kind in the world for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in advanced stages and with a high risk of amputation. They also discussed the challenges of its use in this country.
Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, will make statements to the national and international press on Monday, April 25 at 10:00 am Cuba time, 10:00 pm Mongolia time

Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia visits the Institute of Strategic Studies
The Cuban ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met at the headquarters of the Institute for Strategic Studies of that country with its director, Brigadier General, Begz Davaadorj.
Both parties exchanged on the possibilities and interest in developing exchanges and participation in international academic events of similar institutions of the two countries.
The Director of the Mongolian institute explained the history and structure of that institution, which reports to the National Security Council and has six subordinate centers.

The Cuban ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met with the President of the Mongolian United Association of Private Sector Health Organizations, Dr. Zorigoo. Sh. The Executive Director, Dr. Dorjgunsmaa Chuluunbat, also participated.
Both parties exchanged information on the measures of their respective countries that allowed the control of Covid-19. They also discussed the use in Mongolia of the Cuban drug HeberProt P in the treatment of diabetic foot.
