On behalf of the Cuban government and people, the Cuban Embassy and on my own behalf, we wish the Government and people of Mongolia a Happy Lunar New Year of the Tiger and also good health, prosperity, success and well-being.
At the end of a year and the beginning of a new one, it is a moment of reflection and of projecting the future of our lives. We leave behind a year full of challenges and begin an equally complex one due to the continuity of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met with Ms. Yanjmaa Binderiya, Head of Division of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Health of this country, who was accompanied by Dr. Orgil Burentuvshin, official in charge of Loan, Aid Policy Help and Coordination of the same Division.
The two parties exchange views on the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Health of both countries, signed in 2021, and exchanged information on the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures to control it in their respective countries.
Homage of the José Martí School in Mongolia and the Embassy of Cuba to our National Hero on the occasion of the 169th anniversary of his birth
Today took place at José Martí High School #52, in Ulan Bator, an emotional tribute for the 169th anniversary of the birth of our National Hero with the participation of the Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, the Board of Directors and professors of the Center.
The activity, chaired by the Director of that educational institution, Mrs. Tserenkhand Lumben, and the Ambassador of Cuba, was attended by a group of teachers, given that the students are still on extended vacations due to the new wave of Covid-19.

The Embassy of Cuba in Mongolia constituted the Electoral Commission of Circumscription No. 86, corresponding to that Mission, for the popular consultation process on the new Family Code, approved by the National Assembly of People's Power last December. The Commission is chaired by the Ambassador, Jorge Ferrer.

Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the Department of the Americas, the Middle East and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Anand Amgalan. They exchanged views, in a friendly atmosphere, on both countries, Latin America and the Caribbean and the bilateral and multilateral agenda.
