On the afternoon of December 7, the new Cuban ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer Rodríguez, handed over to the Deputy Foreign Minister of that country, His Excellency Mr. Munkhjin Batsumber, the Copies of the Credential Letters, which accredit him as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in that nation.
December 7, 2021. 61st Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Cuba
On December 7, 1960, the Republic of Cuba and Mongolia established diplomatic relations.
Cuba is honored to be the first country in the Americas to establish diplomatic relations with Mongolia and to open its diplomatic mission in its capital, Ulan Bator, in 1962.
Cuba is also honored to have today one of the twenty-six Embassies of countries residing in the Mongolian capital and to host in Havana the only Embassy of this Asian country in Latin America and the Caribbean.

We congratulate the Republic of Guinea on its performance as Chair of the Group of 77 plus China, and we wish every success to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the discharge of its duties.
The world has been shocked by the COVID-19 pandemic, the effects of which have exacerbated inequalities and exclusion.

HAVANA, Cuba. Dec 3 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez thanked the Puebla Group for its solidarity with the island and its demand for an end to the U.S. economic, commercial and financial blockade against Cuba, expressed at the VII Meeting of that political and academic forum.
The Cuban foreign minister also acknowledged, in his official Twitter account, the Puebla Group's denunciations of the destabilizing actions against the island orchestrated from abroad.
