On Friday 18th November, the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy was honored to host a Public Lecture with the esteemed guest presence of H.E. Ms. Liurka Rodríguez Barrios, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
From the lecture, the Cambodian students were able to expand their understanding of the Cambodian foreign policy (diversification) strategies cultivating more friendship in South America and beyond.
The diplomat said that the intense bilateral activity of recent weeks is nothing more than the fruit of the seed cultivated by the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and King Father Norodom Sihanouk, who cemented an intimate friendship and identified with the common cause for peace and progress, she said.
