Cuba sends condolences to Türkiye following devastating earthquake

The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, through the social network Twitter sent condolences and Cuba's solidarity to the people of Türkiye, after an earthquake caused the death of hundreds of people and material damage.
On Twitter, the Cuban leader wrote: "Cuba's solidarity and our heartfelt condolences to the Turkish people and government for the loss of human lives, injuries and material damage caused by the intense earthquake, as well as our willingness to collaborate in assisting the victims".
For his part, the member of the Political Bureau and Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, also sent heartfelt condolences to the Turkish people and government, as well as the willingness to collaborate, in view of the strong earthquake that affected the country and caused loss of human lives and material damage.
He also expressed "deep regret, solidarity and willingness to collaborate with the people and government of Türkiye.
