On the morning of February 21, representations of the outgoing and incoming leaderships of the Uganda National Student Association (UNSA) were received by the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Perez Xiques.
The Cuban diplomat recognized the working relations established by the 32nd National Executive Committee of UNSA headed by Yusuf Wellonga, which allowed the first official contacts between this organization and its Cuban counterparts (FEU-FEEM) to be established during the year 2022.
Likewise, the National Bureau of the Young Communist of Cuba sent a message of thanks and appreciation to the outgoing national leadership, and after congratulating the new national leadership of the Ugandan student organization, ratified the priority it gives to bilateral relations.
