Studies in Cuba in spotlight for Jamaican students.

Kingston, 9 June 2023. The Third Secretary of the Embassy of Cuba in Jamaica, Anabel Landrón Ochoa, gave an interview to the podcast Versan Educational Services, in which she provided updated information on the opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Cuban universities.

The Cuban diplomat highlighted the impact of the Cuba-Jamaica Bilateral Scholarship Programme that has been promoted by the Revolution for more than four decades, despite the effects of the US economic, commercial and financial blockade against our country. She also answered questions related to the cost of self-financed studies and the similarities and differences between Cuban and Jamaican idiosyncrasies.
