Cuba has systematically denounced the damages accumulated due to the application of this illegal policy, which amount to 159,84.3 million US dollars, and more than 1,300,000 billion, if the fluctuation of the dollar against gold is considered, as well as its extraterritorial impact on normal bilateral relations with third countries.
