MAYOR OF CHANIA RECEIVES THE AMBASSADOR OF CUBA

The mayor of Chania, Mr. Panagiotis Simandirakis received the Cuban Ambassador to Greece, Aramis Fuente Hernández, who paid a visit to that city, birthplace of the unforgettable Mikis Theodorakis. The Vice Mayor of Finance, Tasos Aloglou, also participated for the Municipality of Chania.
Within the framework of their meeting, both officials commented that they had talked about different topics of bilateral interest between them, about various actions that could contribute to greater rapprochement and strengthening of relations in different areas and to better understand the culture and history of the Two towns.
