Vientiane, 2023. The vice president of the Lao parliament, president of the Friendship Association and the Laos-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Committee,
visited the Cuban Embassy in this capital to deliver congratulatory messages addressed to the president of ICAP Fernando Gonzalez Llort,
in his name and on behalf of the vice president of the Lao parliament and president of the Committee for Peace and Solidarity, Sommad Pholsena.
Present are the members of the Friendship Association, officials of organizations and representatives of the Cuban collaboration in the RDPL.
Yiapahoer said that he represented the Party, Government, Parliament and Lao people and ratified the community of objectives in the construction of socialism and
support for Cuba in its fight for the elimination of the blockade as well as its exclusion from the illegal list of countries that co-sponsor terrorism.
