Virtual meeting between Cuba and Saint Kitts and Nevis marks a new path of cooperation.
Basseterre, March 19, 2024 - On Tuesday afternoon, took place the first coordination meeting for a future joint cooperation project between Saint Kitts and Nevis and Cuba, in the Construction sector.
The Eastern Caribbean Federation was represented by the Minister of Public Infrastructure, Honorable Konris Maynard, along with other ofificials of that Ministry.
On the Cuban side, in addition to the Resident Ambassador to Basseterre, David Rivero, Deputy Minister of Construction Antonio Amaury Medina Morante and Luis Ernesto Cantero Corrales president of the Union of Construction Companies CARIBE S.A (UNECA S.A) participated, along with others directors of the sector.
During the meeting, topics of common interest were reviewed, while were laid the foundations for the beginning of a project that will continue to strengthen and diversify the historical cooperative relations between these sister nations of the Caribbean
