Oslo, April 23, 2024. The ambassador of Cuba to Norway, Maité Rivero Torres, held a meeting with Per Andreas Windingstad Larsen, director, and Sigurd Kihl, official, of the Section for Oceans, Department for Climate and Environment, at the Norwegian Agency of Cooperation for Development (NORAD).
It was a new and valuable opportunity to exchange on the positive progress of the cooperation project “Production of marine fish fry in Cuba”, ongoing between the Cuban Fisheries Research Center and the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research.
The annual project check-up meeting, which took place last February in Havana, as well as the actions that will be undertaken in the coming months as part of the implementation process, were among the topics addressed. (Embacuba Norway)
