Officials from the Cuban Foreign Ministry participate in an international conference in Oslo

Oslo, April 23, 2024.  Yadira Ledesma Hernández and Jorge San Román Valdés, officials from the General Division for Multilateral Affairs and International Law of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, arrived in this city to take part in an international conference on strengthening the protection of civilians from the humanitarian consequences arising from the use of explosive weapons in populated areas.

Representatives from around 90 States and international and regional organisations, as well as civil society actors, are participating in the conference, which began on April 22 and will last until the 24th. (Embassy of Cuba in Norway)
