Singapore, June 12, 2024. The Minister of State for Trade and Industry (MTI) and for Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), as well as member of the Board of Directors of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Mr. Alvin Tan, received the new Ambassador of Cuba, Lisbet Quesada Luna, in a courtesy meeting.
The Ambassador, for her part, updated Mr. Alvin Tan on the potential to achieve an increase in bilateral cooperation, and referred to the main events and international conferences to be held soon in Cuba; he conveyed the invitation to the VI International Conference "FOR THE BALANCE OF THE WORLD", to be held in January 2025; as well as referred to the celebration of the Havana International Book Fair, the Havana Art Biennial, among others.
