President of Seychelles meets with Seychellois students in Cuba.

Havana, September 19th. President, Wavel Ramkalawan, met with Seychellois students in Cuba, as part of his activities during his official visit. The Seychellois president held a cordial meeting with the students, with whom he exchanged about their experience of studies in our country.

For several years Cuba has been offering medical scholarships to Seychelles, which is appreciated by the Seychelles authorities as an important contribution to the training of health professionals on the Seychelles Island. Six Seychellois students are currently studying medicine in Cuba, three in undergraduate courses and three in medical specialties.
