Kingston, 26 October 2024. Members of the Cuban state mission in Jamaica, of the Association of Cuban Residents, the movement of solidarity with Cuba and graduates in our country gathered in the area known as ‘Kingston waterfront’ to pay a sincere tribute to Camilo Cienfuegos, on the 65th anniversary of his physical disappearance.
During the ceremony, the tireless work of the ‘Señor de la Vanguardia’ and the ‘Guerrillero Heroico¨ in defence of the nascent Revolution was remembered.
The moment was propitious for the signing of the Code of Ethics by new collaborators of the Educational Brigades, who ratified their commitment to the internationalist and solidarity principles of the Revolution.
To conclude, as is the tradition of the Cuban people, flowers were thrown into the sea.
